We hold practices twice a week in the ‘Group Exercise Room’; ask the YMCA personnel for directions and speak with one of the black belts if you want to join us for a first class at any time.

Current schedules:

Adult practices:
Mon and Wed, 7:15-8:15pm (open to beginners), 8:15-8:45pm (advanced)
Southwest YMCA Group Exercise Room
All YMCA members are welcome!
Membership to SKA will become a requirement for access to grading tests and special events after you find that karate practice is for you.

Kids classes:
Mon and Wed, 6:30-7:15pm
Southwest YMCA Studio 2 Room
